Who manages your data

Data and purposes
We use the contact and business information, profile links, goals, budget, deadlines, comments and project materials you provide to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver the agreed service. An activated portal also uses account and security records. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through enquiries or comments.
Legal basis
Requested proposal preparation relies on pre-contract steps; agreed services on performance of the contract; accounting records on legal obligations. Access security and legal claims rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. We request separate voluntary consent where needed for an additional purpose. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Access and providers
Authorised team members and contracted technical providers receive only the information needed for their work. Private Drive folders and GHL review are used when agreed and activated. External links open services with their own privacy and access rules. We do not sell personal data. Before a transfer outside Serbia, we check the applicable basis and safeguards. Clients must have the right to share other people’s materials and data.
Retention
Enquiries without an agreement are retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless required for a specific legal claim. Working copies are deleted 48 hours after final approval and successful file delivery, except material needed for active scheduling or an open revision. At the end of collaboration we deliver the final archive and remove the operational folder after two weeks, with prior notice. Active maintenance backups are retained for 30 days. Invoices and contracts follow statutory obligations and legal-claim requirements. Portfolio use has a separately agreed basis, scope and duration.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing when the legal conditions apply. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send your request to info@brands-ignited.com; we may need a reasonable identity check. We respond without delay, normally within 30 days, and notify you of any lawful extension. You may complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Security and updates
We apply access restrictions and security measures appropriate to the processing. We do not make decisions with legal effects solely through automated processing. Changes to purposes or processing methods are explained in an updated notice before their application.
Account access supplied for the agreed service is stored separately in encrypted form. Clients can submit or remove their entries; the main agency administrator and assigned authorised team members can reveal them, and access is recorded. Passwords are excluded from questionnaire drafts and ordinary answer views. Entries are removed when no longer needed or when cooperation ends; protected backups follow their agreed retention period.
