Change requested → revision → new review. A passed date, disconnected social account or publishing error requires team action; none of these should be shown as a successful publication.
Included scope
The agency organises and owns the Drive folder, shared with the assigned client and team. Upload via the portal folder link. The client appoints one primary approver; others can review and comment. That person’s GHL approval confirms the displayed media, copy, platform and date together. Review within 72 hours; silence is not approval. Only approved versions enter scheduling. Significant changes require another review; missed dates are rescheduled by agreement. Approved, Scheduled and Published are separate states. These rules apply to a connected and verified GHL workflow. Drive API display and direct GHL statuses require separate integrations.

Questions before we start?
How many revision rounds are included?
One consolidated round per delivered social media batch; websites include three rounds. Correcting our mistakes does not use a round. Changed briefs and additional versions are quoted before work starts.
Who approves the content?
You name one main approver. That person reviews the visual, copy, platform and time together. Please review within 72 hours; silence is not approval.
Where do we send materials?
The agency organises your private Drive folder with access for your team and ours. The portal provides the link when the workspace is configured. Share photos, video and approved business facts there.
What if we need something beyond the package?
We confirm the additional scope, price and deadline before starting. You can add content during the month; new functions, integrations or a changed concept receive a separate proposal.
Can you maintain our website?
After technical review, Essential is €49, Care €89 and Care+ €149 monthly for suitable business sites. Stores and complex apps need a separate offer. Response time is not a repair-time guarantee.
