Content formats
One carousel includes up to five slides. A Story theme is one topic across one to three connected text frames. Formats follow platform capabilities; inclusion of a platform does not mean every format is published there. Content add-on rates apply to ongoing collaborations; standalone projects may require separate preparation and a proposal.
Reels & filming
Standard Reels: up to 60 seconds, script, recorded voiceover, subtitles and editing from available material. Premium adds advanced animations, sound treatment, transitions and concept-specific visuals. Filming is separate: €400 per session, up to four hours including equipment preparation. Extension: €100/hour with client approval. No fixed video count is guaranteed; final editing follows the agreed plan. Topics, shots, participants, space and travel are agreed beforehand. Request rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead; later changes depend on availability and previously agreed costs already incurred.
Revisions & additional work
Social media includes one consolidated revision round per delivered batch; two monthly deliveries each have their own round. Websites include three rounds: structure and design direction; design and content; final pre-publication review. Correcting our errors does not use a revision round. A new concept, changed brief, extra version or feature is assessed separately. Additional work starts after approval of scope, price and deadline.
Collaboration terms
Payment is monthly for the current month, by business bank transfer or a connected online payment system, under the proposal and invoice. Published amounts are the final agency fee including all applicable taxes. Advertising spend, travel, hosting, domains and licences are disclosed separately before acceptance.
Advertising management: Starter by separate proposal; Growth Basic up to 2 new combinations/month; Growth Plus 4; Growth Advanced 6; Social Premium 8; Social Advanced Premium up to 10 or a larger scope agreed in advance. One combination is a new visual or video and its copy. Optimising existing ads or audiences is not new creative. Campaigns, markets and accounts follow the monthly plan. Extra creative is priced by format; complex management is quoted separately. Content approval does not approve advertising spend. Community covers agreed replies and interactions; sales, bookings and specialist answers need a separate agreement.
Social media minimum: two months; cancellation and pauses follow the contract with 30 days notice. Monthly quantities do not roll over automatically. Our delayed delivery is completed without extra fees. Missing client material or decisions are addressed with archive content, replacement content or a new date. Package changes start next billing month; extras may be agreed mid-month. Messages receive a reply within 24 hours. Intro call: 30 minutes; onboarding: 45; review: 30. Dates use the visitor’s time zone. Without a connected calendar, meetings are requests, not automatic bookings.
How we work together
We agree the goal, monthly scope, platforms and responsible people at the start. Materials go into a shared folder, and content is sent through the connected review process.
Each delivered content batch includes one consolidated revision round. We publish only approved final versions. Additional requests are assessed in advance so you know the price and timeline before work starts.
Payment is monthly for the current month. Published prices include applicable taxes; advertising spend, travel and separately agreed services are itemised.

Questions before we start?
Is filming part of the Reels price?
No. Editing uses available material. On-location filming is €400 for up to four hours; extra hours are €100 with approval. Travel is agreed separately.
How many revision rounds are included?
One consolidated round per delivered social media batch; websites include three rounds. Correcting our mistakes does not use a round. Changed briefs and additional versions are quoted before work starts.
Who approves the content?
You name one main approver. That person reviews the visual, copy, platform and time together. Please review within 72 hours; silence is not approval.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Agency work and Meta distribution spend are separate. Campaign goals, accounts, markets and spending are agreed before launch.
Where do we send materials?
The agency organises your private Drive folder with access for your team and ours. The portal provides the link when the workspace is configured. Share photos, video and approved business facts there.
How long is monthly collaboration?
The minimum social media collaboration is two months. Changes start next billing month; cancellation and pauses follow the contract with 30 days’ notice.
What if we need something beyond the package?
We confirm the additional scope, price and deadline before starting. You can add content during the month; new functions, integrations or a changed concept receive a separate proposal.
Can you maintain our website?
After technical review, Essential is €49, Care €89 and Care+ €149 monthly for suitable business sites. Stores and complex apps need a separate offer. Response time is not a repair-time guarantee.
